Please Check the Return Policy Below based on the type of product you are needing to process as the policies are different for Original Artwork / Canvas and Paper Prints
RETURNS FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK
We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for original artwork, you can contact us at ednahayesdesigns@gmail.com. Please use 'Order Return' as the email subject. If the product was damaged during shipping, please include pictures of the product including the damaged areas.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
We will notify you if the return is accepted or declined.
Please note that returns of original artwork will need to be sent to the the address on the shipping label for the item you received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Order Cancellations for Original Artwork
You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel.. this means that your order will not begin processing until 24 hours after it has been placed. To cancel an order, please send an email to ednahayesdesigns@gmail.com. Please use 'Order Cancellation' as the email subject and include the order # in your email.

Returns for Canvas Prints and Paper Prints
We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact.

We offer a lifetime guarantee for quality and workmanship of our canvases.
If there are any defects with the canvas, we will send you a replacement or a refund.
However, our quality guarantee cannot cover dissatisfaction of the product based on other reasons.

If the product was damaged during shipping, please include pictures of the product including the damaged areas.
Canvas prints and Paper Prints that are damaged do not need to be returned. Upon receiving your request and upon request approval, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
